BandanasOnline is an American bandana design company based in Flemington, New Jersey. We manufacture and print 100% cotton bandanas.  Our bandanas measure 22″ x 22″ and are 68/60 soft cotton weave. We produce bandanas for individuals, companies, schools and organizations.

The process starts with your design concept. After working with you to get the basics understood, we then provide a digital proof of your artwork. Bandana designs are available in the traditional 20″ x 20″ print or a completely off the edge design.

Getting started with a custom bandana design can be overwhelming. A brief search for bandana suppliers will yield pages and pages of results! So how do you decide who to buy from?

Unfortunately, most of the companies online that are advertising bandanas, are actually t-shirt printers that “can” print on bandanas, but it’s not something that they regularly do. Most of these companies mistakenly believe that they can use the same standard inks that are available for t-shirts and print them on bandanas. They also assume that the maximum print size of 18″ x 18″ is acceptable for a bandana.

Customers that order bandanas from t-shirt companies are often disappointed when they receive their products  and then realize that there is a massive blank border around the edge of each bandana, making it look ridiculous. They are further upset when they realize that t-shirt printing ink was used on their bandana. T-Shirt inks are made with liquid plastic inks, and this is done because it’s never going to touch your body, those prints are on the outside of the shirts. Bandanas are used on the neck, head and face. Prints regularly touch the body so different inks need to be used.

Our bandanas are printed at 20″ x 20″ which leaves the classic and traditional 1″ blank border and we use water based soft inks. You’ll never be uncomfortable wearing one of our bandanas.
