Custom All Over Print Bandana

At least half of every call that we receive for custom bandana requests are for a Custom All Over Print Bandana. Virtually any screen printer can screen print on a blank bandana, but few offer the ability to print all over the entire surface area of a bandana. Bandanas are 22″ x 22″ cotton squares, and the vast majority of screen printers can print 14″ x 16″ which translates to a 14″ square.  Some screen printers can print 16″ x 18″ which translates to a 16″ x 16″ square.  Neither of these print areas work well for a 22″ x 22″ bandana.  That’s why we’ve developed custom abilities that enable us to print custom all over print bandanas.

We can print completely off of the edge of a 22″ x 22″ bandana in up to 10 colors! Our custom bandanas look like quality wrapping paper vs. a small square printed in the middle of a big square. Of course we also print at the traditional bandana size of 20″ x 20″ on a 22″ x 22″ bandana, but why do that when you can print all over the entire thing? Our bandanas are beautiful and with up to 10 colors printed completely off of the edge, they look epic.
