Custom All Over Print Bandanas

The #1 question that we get asked by new customers is “Can You Do Custom All Over Print Bandanas?” and the answer is YES!  But, you don’t really have to in order to get the look that you want.  Let me explain. Our custom imprint maximum is 50″ x 50″, which is more than 2x what you would need to print completely all over a bandana.  We’ve done plenty of all over print bandanas over the years.  They look great, but the process is much slower and therefor the pricing for a truly Custom All Over Print Bandanas is 40% more than a standard 21″ x 21″ print.

Looking at the illustration below, you can see that the 1 inch difference between the all over bandana print and the bandana print with a 1 inch border offers minimal benefit. If you call us for custom bandanas, we’re not going to try and talk you out of doing an all over print, but if we can save you 40% in terms of the cost, we would like to.

Our custom all over print bandanas are printed with environmentally friendly water based inks called “discharge inks”. Instead of printing a heavy plastic based ink on the surface of the bandana fabric, instead we use a “bleaching” method where we remove the original color and replace it with the color of your design. The benefit of it is that you hardly feel the print on the bandana. When it’s a product that you use to wear on your face or head, not feeling the design is critical.
