There is no denying that bandanas have a special place in many people’s hearts. Whether you’re a fan of rock and roll, hip hop, or simply want to make a statement, there is no shortage of customizable bandanas available on the
internet. If you’re looking for a unique way to show your support for your favorite team or just want to add some color and style to your everyday look, printing your own custom bandanas is an easy and affordable way to do just that.
Bandana Printing
Bandanas are a fun and easy way to print your own designs. They can be used as headbands, neck scarves, or even handkerchiefs. You can buy bandanas at most stores, or you can make your own. Custom bandana printing is a great
option for personalized gifts or for promoting your business. There are several companies that offer custom bandana printing, and the process is simple. You just need to submit your design to us and we will take care of the rest!
Screen Printed Custom Bandanas
Screen printing is the printing method that we use for custom bandana printing. There are different types of screen printing, we use water-based discharge printing. This method offers the softest print possible. It is widely used for
handkerchiefs, baby bibs, table-top coasters and many other products. You also get a “soak through” effect, and mirror print on the back of your bandana with this method.
Multiple Uses for Custom Bandanas
There are many reasons why businesses should consider custom bandanas as a promotional item. They are a great way to market a product or service, and can be used to promote an event or trade show. Custom bandanas can also be
given as customer gifts or employee recognition awards. Bandanas are a versatile promotional item that can be used in a variety of ways. They can be worn as headbands, neckties, belts, or armbands. They can also be tied around a
backpack or purse strap. Bandanas are a great way to get your company’s message out to the public.
When choosing a bandana for promotion, it is important to consider the color and design. Many people prefer bright colors, so choosing a bandana in one of the primary colors (red, yellow, blue) is often a good choice. Bright colors are
also important for visibility. A bandana tied around a backpack can be seen from a great distance. Brightly colored bandanas can also be used to make subtle yet effective corporate logos. Consider the size of your logo and how it will
look when printed on a bandana.
As a business owner, you know that branding is key. It’s how your customers and clients identify your company and what they associate with it. You might have a great product or service, but if the branding is off, it can be difficult to
make sales. One of the most effective ways to improve your branding is to use custom logo printing on any of our bandanas.

How To Order Customized Bandanas
There are many different ways to order customized bandanas. You can go online and find a company that will print your design for you, or you can find a local printer who can help you create your bandanas. However, the risks
associated with that, are that you’ll usually find a screen printer that is willing to print on anything.
While that sounds appealing, it’s not the best option. Let me explain. Screen printers are geared up for printing on t-shirts. The lion share of revenue that they earn, typically comes from t-shirt printing. Small through Large t-shirts are
not wider than 16″ inches. And an XL t-shirt may be 18″. But your classic bandana is 22″ x 22″.
This means that if you call a screen printer to make your custom printed bandanas, you’ll likely end up with a bandana that has a 16″ x 16″ print or if you’re lucky, an 18″ x 18″ print. That’s going to leave you with a 3″ or 2″ blank border
around the edges, and forget about getting a full-bleed print.
Ideally, you’ll want your custom bandana print to be the classic 22″ x 22″ bandana with a 1″ blank border. Anything else looks a little off.
