BandanasOnline.com is an American manufacturing company based in Flemington, NJ. We manufacture bandanas and we decorate them using discharge inks. Our standard bandana offering is 22″ x 22″ and 100% cotton using 68/60 weave. For those that are not fabric geeks, that means that our bandanas are super soft!

We offer up to 23 different colors and we can print the standard bandana size of 20″ x 20″ which leaves a nice 1″ border. We also offer full bleed printing where the design runs off the edge. We use water based discharge inks to ensure that the bandanas stay soft. We also offer up to 10 colors on our bandana prints.

Bandanas are offered by a wide range of companies online, and 95% of those bandanas are imported, not soft and not square. They look like bandanas, but they are simply inexpensive fabric squares. In addition, these screen printing companies are using plastic based inks, not water based inks. This makes their bandanas extra thick and scratch.
