Custom Cotton Bandanas

Not all bandanas are created equal, and I don’t just mean the bandana itself. Custom Cotton Bandanas have flood the market since the pandemic but most of them are inexpensive imports. Issues with these bandanas are that they are made from very light weight fabrics and are often not square and have poor edging. When customers request custom logo designs to be printed on bandanas that are made with “see thru” fabric, and that aren’t square, the outcome looks … bad.

AMBRO Manufacturing is an American Manufacturing company that specialized in custom cotton bandanas. All of our bandanas are made in the US with high quality broadcloth. They are cut in an automated fashion so they are square and we use a merrowed edge vs. a fold over hem on each bandana.

To decorate our customers bandanas we use a water based ink called Discharge Inks. We essentially remove the pigment of the fabric and replace it with new pigments. Our customers designs are fused into the fabric of the bandana, allowing for a soft feel.
