Custom Printed Cotton Bandanas

BandanasOnline is a Custom Printed Cotton Bandanas manufacturing company located in New Jersey. We manufacture 22″ x 22″, 100% cotton bandanas.  We also offer 27″ x 27″ jumbo bandanas and 14″ x 14″ cotton hankies.

There are tons of bandana companies on the internet, but 95% of them are using imported bandanas from overseas. I know it’s not surprising to find an imported product these days, but in the world of bandanas, imported products are poor quality.

We reviewed the bandanas provided by our competitors and found that they are not square, are made from tissue paper thin fabric and are often not consistent in size. For some, these inexpensive bandanas are good enough. We won’t accept that poor quality, which is why we make our own. We source our fabric from North America and we cut and sew them in the USA. After our bandanas are manufactured, we decorate them with your custom design.

Our Custom Printed Cotton Bandanas are available in a classic and traditional 20″ x 20″ print or a full bleed “Off The Edge” design.

We use water based discharge inks to print the softest possible print on our American made bandanas. Since bandanas are worn on the neck, face or head, you don’t want to have a scratchy feel to them. Most if not all of our competitors are using plastic based inks. Plastisol inks are good for t-shirt printing, but they are not great for printing on bandanas.
