Design All Over Print Bandanas

If you’ve been searching for a company that can offer you design all over print bandanas, you’ve likely become frustrated with the print limitations that you’ve seen from the companies that you’ve talked with. Part of your frustration stems from the type of companies that typically offer bandana printing. 95% of the companies that are offering custom printed bandanas are screen printing companies that are “generalists”. They screen print t-shirts, sports uniforms, and other items. Since most of the print sizes required for these types of items never exceed 14″ of width or 18″ of height, the typical print size that is offered is somewhere in that 14″ x 18″ range. Screen printers have equipment that enables them to print any type of garment that falls within that range.

A standard bandana is 22′ x 22″. This means that if a traditional screen printer maxes out their print size, the best that they can offer you is a 16″ x 16″ or in some cases an 18″ x 18″ print. Even at the maximum of 18″ x 18″ that will leave a massive 4″ border of empty space around the perimeter of the bandana. Classic bandanas leave 1.5 to 2″ at most, so 4″ is double that empty space.  It’s “a look” but it’s not the traditional look and it certainly isn’t as impressive as a complete and full-bleed where the design runs off of the edge of the bandana.
