NO Return, NO Cancellation & NO Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, all orders are custom made to your specifications. As a result, we do not offer returns, cancellations or refunds for any reason.

To be clear:

• We do not offer refunds for any reason.
• We do not offer the option to exchange for any reason.
• We do not offer the option to cancel your order, after it produced, for any reason.
• We do not offer discounts to orders for any reason

To be extra clear:

Even if WE made a mistake on your order, if you’ve approved the digital proof that includes a mistake and the output that you received matches the digital proof that you approved, this policy applies. Even if we haven’t started printing your order, there are no refunds and no cancellations.

We understand these terms are harsh and unrelenting. However, we can not deviate.

Please understand, that all of the products that we produce are custom products using your specific requirements. Once produced, we can not put them back on the shelf nor resell them to anyone else.  It is for this reason that it is imperative that you REVIEW THE PROOF and MAKE SURE that it is accurate. Once you approve the proof, it’s considered the final product.
