Screen printed bandanas have really gained popularity since 2019. With the start of the pandemic and the shortage of masks, the CDC announced in 2019 that bandanas could be used as masks. Since that announcement, interest in bandanas has soared.

Once the world caught up, the interest in bandanas for masks waned, but, since their resurge in popularity out of necessity, bandanas have still enjoyed a resurgence for fashion and function.

We’ve been working with many organizations and companies to provide custom designed and screen printed bandanas. We use water based inks and environmentally friendly manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality of bandana as possible. Our 68/60, 100% cotton weave also ensures that our customers are getting premium quality bandanas.

There is no shortage of bandana provides on the internet. Unfortunately it’s difficult to wade through the options and do a fair comparison. Most of the bandana providers that you’ll find are traditional screen printing companies. Screen printers, mainstay is the printing of t-shirts. Since t-shirts is their focus, their inks and print sizes are geared towards those products.

Since plastisol inks are used with screen printing t-shirts, plastisol is what you’ll likely get if you order bandanas from them. In addition, the standard print size for most t-shirts is 14″ x 16″, which is not sufficient for bandana printing.  On top of these issues, most screen printers are using inexpensive, imported bandanas.
